Allow parents to schedule reoccurring private lessons

This would be useful for a student who would like to continuously have the same private lesson every week but does not want to click to save every date. Once the teacher marks them as Present for their private lesson that could generate DSP to bill for that lesson and it can be run with the autopay tuition for every month. I know we can set up recurring privates but it would be helpful to have an option to allow this for parents to set up as well.
