make a date and time of purchase report

We offer special elective classes to kids in certain camps. They get to choose their electives based on when they signed up and paid for camp. This is a real incentive to sign up early. It helps so much with being able to plan you summer camp in January when they sign up early. However, we need to be able to see the date and time they signed up in order to create this report. Thanks.
