Creating an option to make a class biweekly or monthly

I would like to be able to add whether or not a class is biweekly or monthly so that the system can calculate biweekly classes as well and make it easy for students to know how often a class meets when its not a weekly class. I have a couple of classes that I would like to charge monthly for but at a biweekly hours rate.
