Add a third column to Transactions to separate credits from payments

This is about what we see on the admin Transaction page, not the statements the parents see. ... It would be easier for our staff to decipher whether a credit was a non-revenue credit posted by the studio or a payment received from the parent if there were three columns: Paid, Credit, and Charges.
