We would like to be able to automate responses based on specific days. Such as, if someone booked a trial for January 5th the automations would see that and be able to send them a specific email on January 4th. As well as see the name of the parent and student or any other information we have put in like classes or the time of the class and personalize their email accordingly. This is specifically for the leads center but I believe the entire system would benefit with personalized emails or text automations.
