Make Inactive students searchable in the "Add students" list at the bottom of student list.

It would be great if all students came up in the "add students to (insert class) list. It's safe to assume that if you're adding a student who isn't Active they are looking to become Active. Having to go back to their file, make them active, and then go back to the class page and add them is tedious.
