Private lessons charged at the beginning of the month with other tuition

for private lessons can I charge the month of lessons at the beginning of the month when I post tuition but still use the scheduling feature of the lessons? I'm having to keep track of all the lessons slots on my own, and I'd love to use your system for that but not have it charge as the month goes along.

We tried it last year, and it confused parents to get new charges all the time, when they had already paid the months tuition. If it could all be paid up front but still use the scheduling feature that would be great. We are a dance and theater and music and choir academy, so we have LOTS of private instrument lessons.
