Allow access to ticket purchases at different times

Ticket/promo/access code that would allow production volunteers to be able to purchase tickets before general sales begin. For example: dressing room volunteers can purchase tickets on Monday Dec 4 , all other volunteers on Monday Dec 11, and general sales on Monday Dec 18. In the past we have used Shovation and their system allows this.
