option for the public to purchase online sale items/tickets

We have multiple people who purchase our retail items or tickets to our show that are not in our system. There needs to be an option to attach their name/contact info without creating an account and let them purchase an online item without us contacting them for payments.

    There is a public link to buy tickets, and I believe retail items, but we have never used that feature.
