Parent Portal Login is Too Many Steps

I have a test student under my own email that I use to test things so I know how they will work for parents. I was looking at moving to using the portal for more parent communications this year, but it's just not ready. I am tech savvy and I get frustrated with the login process!

First of all, there is no option to stay logged in or to use fingerprint/face ID.

Second, it doesn't allow enough tries before locking you out. Your app is more secure than most and that's frankly too much.

Lastly, in order to get a new password, I have to go through multiple steps and two different emails from DSP - that's unnecessary. And then it still locked me out when I attempted to paste in the new password.

I'd love to eliminate a secondary app for communications, music and videos, but I can't put my parents through that. Currently almost all parents do auto pay, but the ones that don't always have issues with logging in to the portal. PLEASE MAKE LOGGING INTO THE PORTAL EASIER!
