Appointments

Staff are not able to see the schedule to allow them to book open studios for appointments. This results in studio overbookings. It also does not allow them to choose the studio they would like to book. This creates the need for a middle man (desk staff) when it makes way more sense for staff to be responsible to book and manage their own schedules. Currently, only system users are able to see the appointment calendar and book specific rooms (which do not show up on the teachers appointment tab).
