Post tuition even if box is unchecked

I have been a DSP customer since 2014 and this is my first year using online registration. My opening registration day was a mess!!! One thing that went wrong was in order for the process to flow, I unchecked many options including Collect first tuition upon registration. Because I did this, people were able to register and be listed in classes, but they were not charged. So now I have to go through each individual and manually charge them for their classes. Please post their tuition when they register regardless of when or how they pay.
