Calculating Tuition correctly for families.

Tuition is currently split between students. One student could be taking 5 classes and another 1 class and they both have the same tuition. It would be helpful for parents and administration to have it split according to the person taking the classes. So Sally who is taking 5 classes is charged $200 and Tommy who is taking 1 class for $30 with the discount. Instead of each of them being charged $115.
