Add Future Enrollment Function

I have students who want to go straight into enrollment, skipping the trial stage, but there is no way to add a "future enrollment." For now, we've been scheduling the day they want to start as a trial and then remembering to enroll them after, but it would be nice if we were able to schedule a future enrollment instead!
