allow notes when booking privates so I can let the instructor/parent know what the private is for.

ie.

This private is booked so that suzy can work on her Aerial

or

this private is for her competition solo

VS

this private is for her competition duet

This would allow instructors and students to come more prepared for what they are going to work on without having to go back into emails to refresh their memory. I often have a student who I am doing a solo for book to work on a certain skill and I can't tell which the private is for. and parents get so confused if they have multiple competition pieces they have privates for, add in Acro or ballet privates and its impossible to tell whats what from their end too.
