Restrict Parent Drops to specific seasons

Hi! We have some seasons (our recreational classes) where we want to allow parent drops and some seasons (our Company classes), where parents are not allowed to drop classes. DSP currently allows us to restrict which seasons allow online registration, we need something similar for online drops.
