Pending Registration should be accessible to Super User - Not just Administrators.

The Pending Registration Tab is only available to Administrative Users. Enrollment Coordinating staff should have access to this feature without having access to other Administrative tasks like Staff Payroll. The other 2 places to access Pending Registration only have partial customer info and are cumbersome to access. The fortune is in the follow-up and the front-line staff doesn't have access to this vital information! Also, a button on the dashboard that pending registrations are out there would be helpful too!
