scan into folder or portal

The online signature tool for contracts, waivers etc is great. However we still have that population who isn't savvy or older generation grandparents who we just can't put one more thing on their plate, they are picking up, dropping off and in some cases, supplementing funds. Now, to have them go into the portal to find a form is yet another unfriendly thing to do. We offer a hard copy form but would like to rid ourselves of paper or at minimal, capture everything for each in the portal vs "her signature is in the portal" and her's is in the file at the office. Can you set it up where we can scan to dancers folders or scan a signed form into their portal which would be better than a folder that way we don't have to differentiate forms in the folder either but any scanning to get it in one account would be most helpful and amazing
