I would like to be able to email my teachers their "closed out" time card when I process their payroll. Currently, I have to create screen shots, re-name them, then email that file to each teacher. It's very time consuming and not efficient. I think we should have an automated way to be able to select a date range (I pay my teachers monthly), then EMAIL each teacher their time card.
Agree! Currently, teachers/staff lose the ability to see any payroll hours they have logged once an Administrator processes their hours. This leads to a good deal of confusion by teachers/staff as they are unable to confirm that their payments match their payroll hours. Sending each teacher/staff their respective payroll history is very time intensive and cumbersome. Please help set this option up for us!
