Segment parent groups in a tab

I think it would be useful to be able to create a tab in the parent section of a specific subset of parents. We have a small set of parents each season that are communicated with differently and have different methods of tuition structure. It would be nice to automatically segment them out so that all studio managers with access to DSP will easily know exactly who they are and what is happening with their account.
