We need another student/parent classification besides Active and Inactive. In our studio, an inactive student just isn't enrolled for the time being for various reasons. Rather than deleting people who are not taking classes, it would be nice to have an archive section. We want to still be able to email inactives with announcements (ie. summer sessions) but do not want to email people in the archived area. This should also be an option in the student section as well.
Yes please! Our studio is in a military town and families come and go throughout their dance time and it would be better for communication and continuation if we could archive instead of delete.
Yes, this is definitely needed. I want parents to be able to access their portals if they need to find payment information, etc, or decide they want rejoin the studio at a later date but don't want to receive emails from the studio.
Yes, I agree. We also don't want to lose the information we have on previous students/parents, so it would be great to have a separate option.
