View all lesson times on a calander regardless if they're booked or not - similar to class schedule

Please enable calander view of all appointments and lessons that we have scheduled to ensure we can see them at a glance and ammend /move those that are not booked in order to avoid gaps and also to make sure we have set the timings correctly. So similar to the class schedule but for lessons/appointments. Showing in one colour if not booked and another colour once booked. We can easily view gaps and amend where necessary to avoid empty spaces.
