Create a "Tuition Discount" Report

If we set up sibling and multi-class discounts, that means we are giving incentives to customers to use more services. Where is the report that shows what the totals are for the discounts given automatically during the tuition calculation process? I know there is a DISCOUNT category if you want it but this is about the auto calculations when parents are combining classes and students. That information does not seem available?
