mailing address report Merged

The student's mailing address is very frustrating. There is not a great way to locate the address of students from previous seasons. There is not a report that allows me to locate the mailing address field for students in a group. I'm trying to send a postcard about our fall open house to our students from last season that haven't yet enrolled and those that are enrolled for the upcoming season. I can only locate the address for those enrolled. Then I have spent the last 3 hours separating out the address field. Is it possible for the next update to have separate data fields for city, state and zip code? This should have been a 1 hour job and it is now double that time and not yet complete because there isn't a report for those form last season that are not enrolled. I put those that I need to follow up with in a group in accordance with if they are welcome back, so I don't really want a mass report that doesn't tell me who left without paying their last month for example.
