Account Payment Plan Options in Online registration

Is there a way to add an option in the online registration for parents to select what payment option they would prefer?

For example, we offer Pay In Full, 3 Installments and 9 Installments. It would be amazing if we could add a selection for parents to choose what payment plan they would like instead of us having to reach back out to them after they complete the registration.
