Get Tuition charging, payments, balances fixed

I would like to see a running total of all charges, discounts, payments and balances at a glance. A parent should be able to see what their TOTAL tuition is for the year along with all other charges, discounts, payments in a running balance. We should be able to auto charge a percentage each month (we are doing 20% of Tuition with registration and registration fee, then 10% for the next 8 months. All other charges are due within 15 days of adding to account. It is CRAZY that we have to post tuition monthly and then, if someone is paid ahead, they get a fee due. Our last system wasn't perfect but at least the accounts part was easy to read and understand. This is causing me a lot of stress. This really should be a reasonable fix for your programers.
