make an automation for if someone hasn’t attended class 3 times in a row

Making an automation that lets the studio know if a child has not attended class for 3 or maybe 4 weeks in a row. To prevent parents from being charged who had the intent to the let the studio know they were dropping a class and did not inform the studio. This way the studio is aware and can reach out to the parent and find their intent.
