Referral Discount

We offer a referral discount at enrollment if an existing family refers a new family. To have a place where they can enter if someone referred them, and select a drop down box of active parents so that they can select it. Additionally a place in settings to establish a referral discount to apply one time to a parents account automatically when their name is entered.
