Mass Changes to Student Tuition

Would be helpful when you need to set tuition or make the same change to multiple students - for example, we cap our competition students recreational classes at a certain amount. To be able to select all the students and apply the tuition cap all at once instead of changing one at a time.

Also would be nice to be able to mark multiple students as "no charge" or "100% Discount" all at the same time, instead of needing to select each one and making the change individually
