Though our clients are very gracious on this subject, we consistently hear that the statement format has too much information. The current format may be very helpful to DSP and Merchant Services, but it's not Parent/Client friendly.

Simple is better. I'm sure Accountants would disagree, but I think this would be very helpful for clients and families.
