There should be clear directions and large buttons to help navigate registration all the way to the end. Parents are only inputting their information and think they are finished because the process is unclear.
I've added directions to the registration page and you have it in red that they aren't done yet, but I still get parents that think they have registered when they have not. I would like an easy way to either automatically or to simply select from the Online Registrations Pending Approval page and send them an email stating that their registration is not complete and what it still needs like auto-pay to be set up.
