LEADS & PROSPECTS - PLEASE ADD D.O.B and AGE to list and reporting

PLEASE PLEASE add D.O.B. and current AGE to the list of Leads & Prospects!!! This seems useless to me without it!!! If I want to market to kids ages 4-6 for a CAMP, there is no way for me to simply select those in that age group to reach out to them via email or phone without going into every single entry to find out how old they are. PLEASE PLEASE!!!!! This is such a massive time waister.

What's the challenge?

• The current system lacks the ability to capture/track and filter leads and prospects by age or date of birth.

• Add Date of Birth (D.O.B.) and current Age fields to the list of Leads & Prospects.
