To have the option to see My Tickets in the portal

I had my first experience with Ticket Pro and I was very pleased with the experience and also all the parents. I do have thought some suggestions which come from the parents. To have the option of seeing their tickets that they purchased. You could have a tab saying 'My Tickets' in the Portal where they could see their tickets. A lot of them did not receive their tickets by email, for some unknown reason, even if they had the correct email address submitted. Some of them had misspelled their email and we had to update it and resend the tickets. But it was an inconvenience for us to have to do this, especially 5 minutes before the show is starting, we were getting phonically that they never received their tickets. We did click on resend the tickets and they then got them, but it would be a good idea to have the option to see all their tickets somewhere in the portal.
