Event Management

The current Event is a good start to help studios manage the most challenging activities. There are a number of urgent needs to enhance event management to relieve studios from tedious labour work:

1. Event notification - when an event is assigned, the event participants need to be notified, by app, email, or text message.

2. Event Reminder - before event start, automatic reminders can be set up to reminder the participants.

3. Event participants - current events can be assigned to a whole class of students. There needs option to remove some students from the events

4. Relationship Among an Event, students, and classes - from students or classes, the participated events should be viewable

5. Event Calendar for Studios - current event calendar is in the read-only report. This is weird compared to the student calendar that shows events. There can be an event calendar that shows all events, drilled down to participating classes and students by clicks.

The above features essentially mimics event management in reality. Studios have all kinds of events, such as exams, mock exams, reharsals, performance, competitions, etc. Having a good event management is a life saver for studio owners. I hope this helps and the Dev team puts it in high priority. These features alone will make DSP stand out among competitions.
