Archive parents who have moved

I think it would be nice if there was a 3rd option beyond active and inactive for parents so that we could archive parents who have moved or who have students have aged out or whatever so we don't send them info when we send info to our inactive parents re: enrolling again. I don't want to just delete them because I love having record of them but I need to seperate them somehow...
