Charge sales tax on recital/event tickets

To be able to have accurate reporting to remit sales tax to the government in Canada, the sales of tickets need to have the option to charge sales tax percentage. We currently have to build tax into the total price, and then have to manually calculate when running reports to ensure accurate sales tax numbers (not great for an audit).
