Charge packages instead of just monthly tuition.

We run on a membership program where parents can choose 3 different levels to pay. Level 1 is just tuition, level 2 includes their costumes for that class, level 3 is an all inclusive. So the same class could potentially cost 3 different amounts. Allow during class selection that parents be able to pick a package level with details of what it includes.
