Let parents log absence in advance and stop automatic absence email

When parents let you know they are going away on holiday it would be helpful if they could log in that they are going to be away and reschedule the make up lesson so that they don't receive the automatic email saying they have missed a lesson. It would be good if that email could be suspended when we know in advance they are missing classes.
