Remove Price Column in IPad Class Manager.
Develop a feature to lock specific line items in the IPad Class Manager so teachers can no longer make edits but can still add or edit those we leave access open for.
It would be great if we could see an option to toggle off the price column for costumes shown in the ipad class manager. My teachers do not need to know how much we are charging our dance families for their costumes.
It would also be nice if we could lock some of the costume line items but not others... for teacher editing. For example, I ask my teachers to put in their costume selections for their classes. Then I go through and make my edits as we order and receive the costumes. During this process I remove the teacher access for editing since we don't want changes to be made after costumes have been ordered and confirmed.
Closer to the show dates, I ask my staff to put in their costume specs for the class... they are now listing the hair, shoes, tights, accessories etc. that we wouldn't have known during the selection process. However, when I give them access to the costume section to enter their specs, they now have the capability to edit previous line items. Costumes that are deleted cannot be recovered in DSP (as I found out the hard way) One of my teachers accedentially deleted line items for pieces that were already purchased and fees had not been posted yet. There was no way for me to figure out what costume was originally assigned to that class within DSP.
Not sure if anyone else has the same issue or would want the same feature to be added? Just some thoughts!
