I would love to be able to set special pay for teaching specific classes.

Our teachers are paid per class for classes ranging from 45-60 minutes. We have performance groups and we would like to pay the instructor more for this class. Our only option is to create another season and we want to keep all of our seasons classes together. Can we add some kind of setting on the class or the instructors so we can pay them differently for this class?
