Currently the Robo-Text feature sends from a series of random 800 or 844 numbers. Would be ideal if this could send from the same number each time, or even better if it could send directly from our studio phone number so that families can reply without issue
In today's world with Nigerian Scams and American Fake News scandals had a number of customers react to receiving an SMS message (Robo text) from DSP. Here is a sample for the team to explore if there is a better way. Is this always from the same US number so we can have customers whitelist the number?

I have just received a text message from an unknown number in the USA, saying that the link to online class has changed and to access via parent portal today. Is this a verified message?And if so why are they communicated from unknown overseas numbers via text ??

I second this! We just started using the text feature and the OWNER almost deleted the text w/out reading it b/c she thought it was spam b/c she didn't recognize the number. It would be great if there was a way to customize the send notification as from our studio!
