Allow teachers to add skills to the students list as they get them throughoit the year to help with registration for the next year.

    PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN!! It's a requirement for my staff to update their syllabi and input syllabi so that thier students' parents can see their progress. Without this ability, *I* have to do it all and I simply do not have time for that. That's why I have employees!!!
