Tech Rehearsal Wizard

Scheduling tech rehearsals can be a nightmare. We need to make sure that each dancer has enough time to change costumes between each of their dances, while keeping each dancer's time at the theater to a minimum, and keep track of dancer conflicts such as band concerts and school end times. It would be great if there was an add on to the recital wizard that could let us do the same thing with the tech rehearsal as we do for the recital.

Features needed:

• ability to set how long each dance is onstage, and how long each dancer should have to change into their next costume

• ability to specify how far before their "onstage" time a dancer needs to be at the theater and how long after their onstage time they should be picked up

• coordination across multiple days

• ability for staff to enter known conflicts for individual dancers, or for parents to log in to their portal and log conflicts (school concerts, graduations, confirmations, etc), and then have the system include that when you "check" the tech rehearsal order

• place to set the maximum amount of time a student can be at the theater for rehearsals, either by class, group, or number of dances they are in, so the system can alert us when a dancer exceeds their maximum
