Hello,
I am really struggling with keeping staff rates private. I have many team members who need the abilty to run reports and have admin status. However, they are able to go into the system and see staff rates. This is a significant issue for our company.
I agree. This is a very significant challenge for our company as well and a serious limitation of the DSP program, which we otherwise love. We are trying to manage two issues 1. Significantly limiting who has access to teacher/staff pay rates. 2. Maintain access to the broadest number of people to process pending registrations and pending users. Currently, Super Users are not able to see or do any work in the system related to Online Registration. This means they cannot help with Pending Users and Pending Registrations, both critical client development tasks.
Please give owners the ability to allow Super Users access to work on pending registrations, pending users, etc.
