Change the way make up students appear in iPad Class Manager.

My teachers have not been recording attendance for make up students, because in their class manager it says "Made Up" next to the student's name. Teachers are assuming that the make up students have already been marked present by desk staff. It would be very helpful if we could record attendance for make up students the same way we record enrolled students and trial students.
