Inventory by Size

We have loved moving our inventory to the online store - for our convenience and for our clients. However, the inability to mark inventory by size is a significant downfall. Our online store pages look very cluttered and it is tedious to update inventory online since we have to do every item in every size separately. We have noticed this suggestion in various posts over the last couple of years. Any idea if this is something that will happen?
