Allow us to select the fields used on Costume Labels

Right now our costume labels don't fit on a standard Avery label and we end up with unusable labels since may "bleed" into the next label. We would like to turn off the day/time field from displaying on the label so that they are usable.

Tight size on Class costume report

The tight size is the only thing I have to manually fill in on the class costume report. If it was included it would save a ton of time when processing student costumes.
