Way to turn off registration emails for a season

We would like a flag to turn off registration emails. We get hundreds of registration emails the first couple of weeks that registration opens and they are burdensome. It would be great if in the future you allowed us to disable them. We can use reports in the system to see who has registered. We don't need an individual email for each registration.
