When a studio announcement is made, parents get an email that says they have a new 'note'. This wording doesnt make sense. Also, the announcement should be pulled across in the email thats sent so they can see the announcement in the email and dont need to log in and then go searching.
100% I just put another idea in the portal around the language that is used, and I had forgotten about the "notes". Language is inconsistent and it is always creating issues. Either call it an announcement or call it a note, but call it the same thing across all platforms/notifications!
