User History Log with more detail

It would be helpful to have a more detailed user history log. For example, we have a number of people at the front desk. Sometimes there are errors or missing information when registering/enrolling a student. It would be helpful to determine which user enrolled a specific student, so that we can help jog their memory to help fill in the missing information. The User Log has detail on users logging in, or making changes to an account. But we are not able to see when someone actually enrolls a student.
